Hey the company didn’t own the real estate. My favorite real estate filing was when Fast Eddie filed a doc with Nevada that apparently transferred real estate from Greenpay LLC to Greenpay LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Hilarious. Yes Ed, the authorities will buy that.
