Please enlighten us as to how you obtain definitive proof of something...or how we common investors can prove any SEC filings or OTC filings are true...prove any audited financials are true...prove the moon landing was true!

You know none of us can prove anything...you either accept SEC filings, OTC filings w/attorney letter, audits from CPAs, NASA & other institutions as valid...or you don't.
