Add FOCUS GOLD CORP. To the long list of Michael J. Gelmon penny stock scams to be revoked. NOHO could follow Focus Gold's example soon.

Not surprising since Michael J. Gelmon has court judgements against him for fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
