GNCP - Non-SEC reporting company. No requirement to file any SEC forms.

Having said that, the SEC does recommend filing. But since the company is a non-filer, shareholders are not required.

Nope DG doesn’t need to file because it’s less than 10% of O/S, and GNCP it’s a non-reporting company.

Shorts are dreaming to get shares, 2.7 B shares are held by longs, recently 600m is additionally grabbed by longs which they are not available at these levels. Selling at these levels will continue backfiring. We will see how game unfolds.

They must know they can shake new shareholders but not longs.They have seen enough drama in past 5 years. and there aren’t many new because only 220m dump broke .0002. They haven’t been able to attract many buyers.

And clearly company directors haven’t received orders from short groups to release news. But that will happen soon. Ropes are getting tightening around their neck.
