i guess if the investor decided to sell immediately, he can only do so at certain points given the differing target prices...i guess that would help kblb stock from taking too big a hit at once..

actually, the potential for the investor is to eventually have the ability to control 37 mil shares...

the warrants are exercisable immediately...but i read where the shares purchased aren't...why would one be and not the other?...

i think the shares are also...i don't think unregistered shares can be sold or traded....but the 8k says that the transaction with the investor was done with there being an exemption from the registration requirement..
