I was familar with USXP when it was Packaging Plus as well. It and USXP were the poster child for the "issue - pump and dump- reverse split - repeat" game and managed to do it over and over and over again with only a name change in the middle to mix things up a bit.
It was known by everyone in the industry to be a total scam.. to the point of being a laughing stock. That's what made the investrend analysis such a joke. To have an "analyst" actually write an "independent" report on it as if it was legit and not a total bag job for investors was quite the joke du jour.
