THEY HAVE A GAME PLANS AND WE ARE PARTICIPATE AT THE GROUND FLOOR.

(ETFM) will retain 20% ownership of the subsidiary, which will allow our shareholders to continue to benefit from a planned revitalization of that business.

I believe this carve-out was the best outcome for 2050 stakeholders, as it preserves long-term upside and minimizes massive dilution of our shareholder base.
