You're talking about the company's reaction to litigation. I was talking about the investing public's reaction to (in their mind) the possibility of a settlement. Those are two different subjects.



A settlement would be resulting from the litigation. In other words by saying "IMHO PEIX PPS hasn't reacted to the litigation in the past" I'm saying that nothing related to the litigation, even previous negotiations have never lead to a reaction from the investing public resulting in a change in share price. Neither has anything else related to the litigation.

In the days/weeks before the Q3 earnings of 2018 PEIX went from over $2 to $1,40 and back up again to $1,73.
That's normal behavior for PEIX when earnings are coming. Moving up and down.
