With the lackluster performance by Biocann so far I wouldn’t be surprised. Although, if they are buying shares it would make sense to be quiet before dropping significant news. Who knows. I’m new and was very impressed by the updates and transparency a couple weeks ago but things are quickly sliding backwards. I’m hopeful here but not holding my breath.
