Found out what "et al" means in the lawsuit. Check out footnotes on page F-37 of the 10-K. They listed 14 former and present employees at Zion Oil as defendants in the lawsuits. One of the defendants is dead (how can the dead defend themselves, oh well). And they even listed Hal Lindsey's 80 year old cousin as a defendant! Those lawyers are after something, and I think it's money.
In addition, apparently a loop hole in the Delaware's legal system allows stockholder access to Zion Oil's books, so the lawyers can go line by line for every penny spent, and compare that to public disclosures of the company. Not even Trump has to put up with that.
