Actually, Mav, compared to how I see the future of NPHC; today is, ironically, the BEST case scenario. Meaning, things either continue to flat-line or go down from here.

Time and again, I provided undisputed proof of Rik’s poor character from his past exploits. Yet, you (and some others, many of whom have moved on), ignored my unimpeachable warnings.

I’m not at all happy about the miserable outcome, but I also can’t feel sorry for you because I’ve been consistently warning, “It all hinges on the CHARACTER of our CEO”. And, “Those who deny the past, are condemned to repeat it”.

There are rewards and consequences to every choice. I feel satisfied that I am a responsible participant, attempting to mitigate the consequences via my constant agenda: Informed Choice.

maverick81, worst case scenario is that the SEC suspends and/or revokes the registration of NPHC stock because the company and the CEO are part of the litigation.

Fines are almost a given. How would NPHC pay for them?
