Berge is ignorant! How can he respond like that. He destroyed his reputation, company and doesn't have the good sense to recognize it. I will give him this. He seem to get more shareholders to buy in after his R/S's. HOW?

Krony: That is an interesting answer, considering his claim of stock price manipulation. He craftily avoided giving any reason for not issuing a PR, without which an increase in price is bridled.

Mike I’m not In The country I’m traveling and working hard for my shareholders, I didn’t rear end any body I’m doing what’s good for the company, do you really think we can grow as a company with a stock price of .0001? It’s a joke. This is not the final restructuring; we need to get the first stage in place then we will address the shareholders, we’re in discussion on doing something as a company to our shareholders but it can’t be discussed now.
