You know what’s getting old? The excuses and delays! The fact that GIFA has yet to provide financials to become OTC current. Two full years of financials are missing and it doesn’t seem like GIFA is in a rush to provide them. In fact, they released a PR warning they might not be able to file.
“We are working to complete the filing of several periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but we cannot assure you that these will be filed.”
This stock is a joke, and so are the bullshit explanations for why it’s still not current. It’s that simple!
