Some talking about shc switching to Chap.7 BK.

Does this make any sense to you? Why would they start a whole new BK proceeding when they can't even afford to pay off all the lawyers (probably) in their current Chap. 11 proceedings? Seems to me that all a Chapter 7 filing would accomplish would be to enrich the lawyers even more.

Can you see any advantage to shc in switching to a Chapter 7 BK?
