DSGT - the reality is simple.

This stock should be at .005 to .01 based on earnings and fundementals alone

The only reason it is down here is dilutio. Once the RS goes through if CEO announces the retirement of all toxic debt along with other catalysts were heading north in a hurry.

This is a fact that cannot be disputed. DSGT is way undervalued here. The stock will explode upwards. This us why longs are holing or buying more.

A RS does nothing to the value of our shares if the company doesn't have toxic dilution post RS.

All that happens is zeros move decimal points and the psychology of the investors change because the stock trades in dollars instead of pennies.

Anyone who sold is watching nervously on the sidelines and trying to shake the tree.

Pablo, nyse? or Nasdaq? You also realize that an uplist to a national exchange requires either 10m of revenue for three consecutive years or 100m in revenue the prior year whilst maintaining a 4$ pps. Fus* is trying the same thing, also open to major shorting by firms that will evaluate the price and say nay, youre not worth that pushing you down to pennies ala CITRON.

We don't have any of that. This isn't my first convo on the matter and im willing to bet most peeps on the board havent read the series 7, taken or passed it.

Additionally, they are basically having an RS at 4000 to 1 of whatever days share price is which is equivale to less than what I stated per todays close so in reality is this will continue to slid backwards yielding a line of credit to continue issuing shares. Any noob will say, wow they were trading at .41 or whatever and I can get them at floor or even sub when the reality is they are recycling current share holders at a loss and in the red. Nice storyline but I don't need to be tucked in anymore.
