Commercial viability has not been proven. Until it is, there is no reason to believe the commercial plant would be imminent or even on the drawing board. This is fundamental, square-one DD.
There's no real proof WNP is still a functioning entity. With Imeson as front-man, it's possible WNP was just a cover for some other scam or barely legal scheme.
