Thanks, let me see if I understand this.

This part seems pretty clear:

5. The Debtors shall provide an update on the chapter 11 plan at the omnibus hearing scheduled for March 21, 2019.

However, don't understand this part fully:

2. Pursuant to section 1121(d) of the Bankruptcy Code, the Debtors’ Exclusive Filing Period is extended through and including April 15, 2019.

So March 21 would seem to be the deadline for an "update" on the chapter 11 plan (which I assume would include a POR if one is to be submitted)?

Then what is this "Exclusive Filing Period" to April 15, 2019? Is that the current deadline for the actual submittal of the chapter 11 plan?

Also will the omnibus hearing be public or private/confidential? -tia
