Greg Rotmans latest email stated it will not effect the consolidation. The court date is March 15th 2019 so next Friday.
We will not see an 8k before then.
If the case for EMA is dropped Im thinking the 8k and consolidation becomes official before VYST files a new law suit (of course I am also assuming here) Then the timing is in their court.
As stated by Greg, if they even want to file a counter suit, giving me an opinion that they might not file still. This is a common threat in court proceedings to get the other party to back off.
If this current case is continued for further discovery, VYST will more then likely file a counter suit and that could still delay the 8k. ( Again if your long, this might not matter long term)
IMO we will not know anything on court case until Friday late or Monday when they get the decision uploaded.
I personally want more shares and if this trades sideways for another week or two, I will accomplish just that! So I'm not concerned about the take off. It will happen. Imo
