It was a settlement who cares how they pay it, they've AGREED to pay it, we ARE getting paid.

I repeat, insurance policies do not cover the insured committing criminal acts. This applies to EVERY insurance policy issued. This is a FACT, not an opinion. They could have errors and omissions policies but those do not apply when they committed theft and fraud. This is a fact. Please don’t spread misinformation.

That said, they would not be settling if they did not have a way to pay. That leads us to speculation that they have a financial backer such as NBCU, based on the circumstantial evidence others have presented. I certainly don’t know if it is them, but apparently there is one. All I really care is that longs get their due and it appears we are about to. GLTA.
