This time I agree with your conclusion:

Only "Shorting of ERHE Shares" is by the Market Makers who handler (sic) trades in ERHE.

Their Short Position will not show up on Any FIND A (sic) report as the Market Makers are the only entity that can Legally conduct "Naked Short Selling" in order to create a market for the stock.

Market Makers only run a foul of S.E.C. regulations when they do not cover there position in 3 days.
