While the Total Assets of the 205 Debtors
exceeds the Liabilities by almost 2 B,
it will only be the Total Assets and
Liabilities of the Debtor WIN that
that will apply to the WINMQ Shareholders.

A merger with a Company that has lots
of cash would be an ideal scenario.
