It’s a 6/1 RS..... as shareholder friendly as u will see anywhere in Pennystocks. (NHPI WAS 9000/1 for example). CSE requires .05 PPS, and in order to get GPC funding, we have to be on CSE... not that happy either but I have to think he is doing this for a reason and I’m trusting he has a gameplan after the RS
