The SOB couldn't even attend a ceremony for our fallen when he was in France last year because it was raining and he didn't want to drive.

Instead he came up with some BS excuse blaming the weather and the Secret Service.

Every other world leader made it out there and stood in the rain.

The guy is a total disgrace.
