KYNC merged Oct. 15 of last year with Algae World (technically AlgaeWorld is KYNC's subsidiary), and Algae World has subsidiaries and joint ventures in health food/wellness, supplements, and CBD oil & hemp industries--along with its algae-based products (see PRs about biofuels etc in my stickied DD post). Algae World has a joint venture with Pure Bliss Organics, whose products are at Whole Foods among hundreds of other retailers.

The last run to 13 cents per share October 9 was on the lead-up to the Algae World merger which was made official Oct. 15.
