i just got off and i do use etrade. td schwab and fidelty.
so etrade does charge for reverse split. i guess i have to suck it in. they are good they give me the cheapest price.
oh i also use jp morgan but they do not allow otc and they wont allow you .0123 only .012 but they are new so time will tell.

i am not speaking of bgft 
 i am speaking of another stock that was split on me and i had to  
 pay a fee on. not related to the stock big foot though my foot is  
 big, any ways. it has nothing to do with bgft. 
 i owe it the stock not the company.
