The fact that theyve found elevated titanium in hair and nail samples is a big reason why Titanium is where it is. As I said, if I can find evidence ZTA is causing systemic issues then it'll drop below titanium.
Plastics in articulating surfaces seem to be necessary for now, but they do not need to be placed in spine especially considering the lack of fusion.
