Only If you can beat Wayne to the sell Trade, Wayne has already diluted from 2.9 million to Over 11.5 million since his absurd 4000 to 1 R/S and has over 738 million shares to dilute before he raises the A/S again.
No wonder UNGS has fail from .40 after Waynes absurd R/S to .06 cents and dropping:
