What I glean from this bit of news is it didn't come from management. Had it not been for Camp Cannabix (Freeze) DD, folks may have never been told. Is the patent(s)(US/Global) material to Cannabix;s overall timeline to commercialization? Who knows? My initial takeaway from the letter is the word "obvious" being used throughout the letter. It suggest not only incompetence of subject matter, but my take is they knew there was a problem with their claims from the beginning of the process. Plant the rejection letter alongside ALL the filings, news releases, website information, posts here, there, other and you have over 4 years of talking pure psychobabble about a fictitious US/global patent. It tastes and smells like the buzzfeed Alpha story. That's another bad deal we likely would have never found out about, but for Due Diligence outside the four walls of Bullrun Capital. In addition, Yost, Boock, and Costanzo all signed onto said patent application. So none of the in-house "scientists" realized early on there was a problem with a back of the napkin written patent application? Like they even went all out and applied for a global patent to boot! If you're right about it not being such a big deal moving forward (let's all hope/pray that you're right), then it shouldn't be a heavy lift for management to clearly articulate what the hell is going on @ Cannabix. IMO, as time moves forward, we ramain our own worst enemy. We seem to have as many unanswered questions and trust issues since the early days. The narrative at Cannabix continues to change (hence the Breath Collection Unit), and there's no sign the problems/challenges @ Cannabix will let up anytime soon. Especially in the hands/classroom of Dr. Frost (Yost). Cannabix is loooooong in the tooth to still have basic trust and communication issues. You know...Kal & Crew use to lay it on pretty thick about having family and friends invested in Cannabix. It was meant to suggest, no worries folka, nothing to see here, you're being treated just like family. So FORGETABOUTIT
