TRON has nothing to do with any past company that was using this ticker before they reinstated about 3yrs ago. The company was abandoned many many year before that by it's CEO and all board members. It was a dead company at the verge of being delisted till the courts stepped in and gave control to Rene. They whipped out all debt and any thing else related to the old company. The company was cleaned up for a fresh start. This was all done by a judge and they even had a share holders meeting to vote Rene in. This can all be proven. There are court records proving this if people want to take the time to do proper DD.. I witnessed it all first hand..
