The entire history of this ticker under Josh Alper's reign has been "great things will happen as soon as we (a) acquire (insert company/venture here) as a wholly owned subsidiary and (b) secure millions (often tens of millions) in funding."
Josh bought 25% of Cann10-NA in December 2017. I'm still curious why he apparently hasn't been able to generate any revenue with it. A year ago January he said he issued a PR which said he expected Cann10-NA would produce "$1.5 to $2.5 million in revenue in 2018." clearly he blew that prediction just like all the others.
Todd seems like an accomplished retired military man with a distinguished career. However, I can't see that he has much in the way of business experience. Even it would be hard to be any worse than Alper.
