I am certainly not a mining industry guy, all I know if that there is a major push at the moment for M&A activity in the gold sector, perhaps that is what they are preparing themselves for.
No one would dare touch a alternative reporting pink sheet mining company, however, a SEC reporting company with a SEC recognized geological study becomes much more attractive.
