If there was no ill intent, why did BioMatrix get a lawyer?

William Waldron is telling us in his letter, that this is what Bishop said. I have not heard any phone conversations or recording or a shred of proof that Bishop actually said this. (regarding FINRA)

Right now it's he said she said and WW is looking like the desperate one at the moment while Bishops gets on to business. All IMO

Or if you have $100's millions in assets, why couldn't you payback $500k dept or leverage it for negotiations.
