As I read the regulations, the only advantages of having less than 500 shareholders if in ‘streamlined’ paperwork and not having to ‘audit’ financials??

I’m definitely not understanding what the big deal is. Orie can move faster?

Reg A financing, It’s a private/ public offer to raise capital for shares at a set price. Ideally would be a good deal for the investor but win win for all. Something like that
