NBRI being a current filer has nothing to do with whether or not this company is a scam.

The players in the penny stock game don't care about a stock's status or its real value or if it is a real company. They see an opportunity to make money on a stock that's trading at $.0001 or less.

The idea is to sell their holdings in volume (the pump) to someone at $.0002 or higher, and getting out. The buyer hopes it goes higher so that he can sell. Then there's the last buyer.

Timing in the game is everything.
