I think we need an attorney who is familiar with this to explain to us. I'd think it means it just goes to trial, but only because it only mentions mediation being terminated. I'd think it would say more if the case was thrown out. Until proven otherwise, I'll assume it's going to trial. Just my uneducated thoughts. My one and only allowed post for the day.

Looks like the case will be headed for a trial. Doubt it would just be dismissed although Gottlieb did resign this week,
