The audit was what convinced me, they had great financials and were issuing great PR's but being SEC reporting showed me that they were for real in what they have presented and have been stating.
stinky pinky's who are lying and attempting to merely pump their stock do not become SEC reporting, especially engaging a large reputable firm such as ShineWing.
Nothing in the OTC is a given but that validated everything that they have said and to me indicated they have aspirations to bring this to a whole different class of investor.
That's why I confirmed directly with the audit partner in December that the audit was indeed happening eliminating any concerns that I had about what they were publicly stating in their PR's
