Interesting. Thanks for your thoughts. Too bad BLDV doesn’t have the ability to have an advisor like a Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs who could help them secure the funding and help them with a restructuring.

Good explanation Gemma and thanks for sharing your thoughts. I would only add to your good post that warrants can also be used in combination/as an incentive with other instruments such as preferred shares to possibly buy back large blocks of common shares held.

Also, if not exercised, the warrants can be bought back later when BLDV has additional resources.
