The shareholder letter is welcome. A shareholder conference call is welcome. Many of the Surna issues were addressed. The most important, to me, is scale-ability. The one-and-done business model is a losing one after the initial insfractructure is in place. The newer business model provides revenue streams and a vision of scale-ability. It was a very well done initial communication from the new CEO.
