S.O.S. have different reinstatement rules.

Wyoming S.O.S after 2 years new S.O.S. has to be created regarding a publicly trading company whereas the Nevada S.O.S. there is no time limit and a new S.O.S. does not need to be set up. Everyone can call the Nevada S.O.S. and/or the Wyoming S.O.S to verify this which he/she will.
