I understand that. It's a shell taken over by new management for the sole purpose of a reverse merger by a company that doesn't want to go through an IPO.

It would be absolutely stupid for someone to take over a defunct public shell that just had their former CEO sentenced to years in prison for a pump and dump scam. I mean, if you were going to try to pump and dump something "legally" this would be the worst company to pick.

But that doesn't mean there can't be some objective discussion.

You've got the same users here posting the same positive messages, and the same users here posting the same negative messages. If any of them reply to each other, they just call out the poster, not the information.

Why can't the "information" be discussed further? It's just the same information by both sides over and over, and no substance.
