Secondly, TRON is merely a sub-penny OTC company that submits disclosures to OTCM, ZERO of which is vetted for accuracy - not auditors, not OTCM, not regulators - no one - that’s a Fact. And Of course it wasn’t a cash deal, TRON has NO cash.
FYI, InMed notified Toron that they’re in default, that’s another Fact.
