99% sure Waldron tried hiding his personal scandal from Bishop during merger talks. How can someone do DD on a person who hasn't been sued yet? I'm sure when the Feb 1st lawsuit against Waldron came out Bishop was all over him, and maybe it took a few weeks to figure out that being partners with him was going to be a bad idea and recently backed out.
