you read wrong

400,000 is the run rate oper annum they will achieve by the end of the year so 10,000 in Q1, 20,000 in Q2, 50,000 in Q3 and then hitting 100,000 in Q4 would show achievement of 400,000 per annum by the end of the year but only 180,00 in the year

if you don't understand what an MEA and plate is then I suggest you research fuel cells

in previous discussions - hardly anything in the letter is new news apart form the $$ - it was though that 400,000 MEAs would map onto 10,000 Progen stacks. With 1900 going out in Q4 - higher than I expected - that would seem the right sort of ramp up we will need in 2020.
