First Bemax filed a Form 15 and went dark - but now they have stopped filing unaudited financials.

The last filing was a unaudited Annual report from 05/31/2018.

So the first Quarter on 08/31/2018 is missing.

The 2nd Quarter was on 11/30/2018

The 3rd quarter was on 02/28/2019

There are soon to be 3 quarterly reports that are late - that is why the OTCM has Bemax as No Current information or the dreaded Stop Sign.
