I definitely agree with submitting just facts. The part of your post I can reflect upon is the latter. Black & Decker is suing Transform Holdco not the old sears reread the post on yahoo. The new Sears will be led by the management team that constituted the Office of the Chief Executive of Sears Holdings, consisting of Robert A. Riecker, Chief Financial Officer, Leena Munjal, Chief Digital Officer, and Greg Ladley, President, Softlines.
Those are 3 of the top managers from old sears. Not sure if they resigned their positions from old sears or if they are serving both companies (old sears and "new" sears) in a dual capacity.
