the details. I see reverse split mentioned and other details. But please read yourself. And for the record, I bailed in pre market for basically break even. Here is what has me curious. Not trying to poop on the party, but don't want to see others lose money.

The transaction would result in the Company disposing of its current business and acquiring the business of Yungu, which is operating an out-of-home advertising network in China consisting primarily of 2D and 3D digital displays.

It is also contemplated that, in connection with the Yungu Transaction, the Company will undertake a reverse stock split at a ratio to be determined.

funny thing is the IR email address is no longer available...and the web site is down or simply gonzo...I don't care anymore took my loss and moved on...yes... There will be a filing within the next 48 hrs with a plan for filing qtrly report.. that in itself should boost pps nicely... Good luck
