NCAP isn't running anywhere.

Last week it was the stock will run this week. This week it's gonna run soon.

And in response to your note .... Thanks for linking to SEC filing that proves Sandor does not own 32% as I stated .... The prior post referenced a filing a year ago.

Also float is being touted as 22 million. Prospectus does not tell you what the float is. And the prospectus covered the sale of nearly 40 million shares .... Which was declared effective by the SEC in the 4th qtr last year. So all those shares are free trading. Oh and BTW .... At that time he didn't own 36 million shares as 10 million of those 36 million are warrants ... Not actually shares owned .... LOL. Of course you know ownership % for SEC filings includes warrants eh ?? LOL. It's right there in the filing in black and white.

Wanna talk about the floorless convertibles for NCAP too ??? You know .... The ones that offer conversion at roughly 38-65% of the company stock price just prior to conversion .... LOL ..... Oh .... Wow ...... Example .... As little as $10,000 in convertible as of now at a 50% discount would yield 4 million shares .... Ouuuccchhhhhh. Care to guess how much floorless convertibles are on the books ????? Hint ..... Quite a bit more than $10,000 worth.
