This company looks more legit than most companies that are traded on OTC. Notice that there's no stop sign and defunct/dark status was recently removed and NNRX is up to date with its financials. This makes this company very rare in the OTC world. Regarding the merger, the deal fell through, happens all the time in business. The CEO was very upfront and honest about it, so I don't see any issues there. Was that merger a once in a lifetime opportunity for a partnership? Hardly! There are lots of weed farms who would love to partner up and make $$$ in this fresh and growing market.
