gers. The SEC isn't going to make any moves on the "ADVICE" of any Poster, but on the facts that were hammered-out between KK and the SEC? Further SEC complaints may just have the opposite effect as most of the Allegations are well known already, and don't need repeating Ad Nauseum? The Sec doesn't have to hear about any more of the same ole same ole?
The SEC people probably feel the Complaining Posters are a bunch of Ill-taught, impatient people who have had their say, and will go on as they always have, despite the constant pressure placed on them?
With all that KK has gone through the last 6-8 years, it is truly remarkable and should be HIGHLY appreciated, for what this inexperienced person has done to keep this Company afloat is amazing when one pictures all the Patents, all the Lessees, and all the devotion he offered to us and to the Alternative Energy field? I just hope he, and all of us Long Term Holders, will benefit in the long Run? Go Gers and go KK... You deserve all of our faith and understanding! T.
