Most likely the latter. Cellucci could have voluntarily resigned and relinquished his seat on the BOD, but he was actually forcibly removed. That doesn’t sound like a very synergistic relationship at all. IMO

There’s really no point in merging the two scams anyway... It would just be another failed pump attempt.
